Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Gymswag to style you for both your workouts and everyday activities. We put a great deal of effort into the design and manufacturing of every product, and we hope you enjoy our creations as much as we enjoy crafting them.

 

Please carefully review our return and exchange policy before contacting us to initiate your return or exchange.

 

Returns

 

To ensure a smooth process, all items being returned or refunded must meet the following conditions. If any of these criteria are not met, your return may be denied, and the items will be shipped back to you.

• Return Window: Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of fulfillment. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your items, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

• Condition of Items: Items must be unwashed, undried, and unused (no signs of wear or alteration).

• Wrinkling: Items must not show excessive wrinkling.

• Hair and Lint: Items should be free of animal hair, human hair, or lint.

• Odors and Stains: Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.

• Tags: If your item originally included tags, the original tags must still be attached.

 

Additional Information

 

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as we do not offer prepaid return labels.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you are returning your entire order.

 

Exchange Requests

 

• If your returned items meet our conditions, we will process your exchange request based on stock availability.

• If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs.
